What we do

ImatOballa Foundation is promoting sustainable education and agriculture practices in Uganda. We believe every child should have the right to go to school for a brighter future. Agriculture remains the bedrock of Uganda’s economy. It is therefore pertinent to focus on improving this sector at the grassroot. IOF introduces best practices of farming from around the world to local farmers, this is done through our demonstration farms and formal training at our center. The ultimate goal of agricultural transformation is to ensure food security and employment opportunities.

Health:

Raising awareness about prevalent diseases to aid communities in preventing and seeking early treatment, promoting menstrual hygiene and health, and creating awareness about HIV, Malaria, oral hygiene, and reproductive health.

Education:

IOF sponsors education for underprivileged girls and boys, and also supports girls and young mothers by providing vocational skills for self-sustainability.

Agriculture:

IOF assists farmers in adopting modern farming techniques, with a focus on high-yield production through the promotion of organic farming methods.

Climate Change and Environmental Conservation:

IOF is committed to raising awareness within communities about environmental conservation. We actively promote the adoption of sustainable practices, including organic farming, the use of renewable energy, recycling for waste reduction, creating green spaces, planting trees for carbon absorption, and encouraging local food production.
